I have only just received this charger but I'm already much happier with it than I was with the original Dell lightweight charger. From the outset, very unhappy about the temperature the charger reached during the first hour or so of charging. Dell did replace the charger but the 'new' one has failed last month.

LPS -GoPower really know their business - the adaptor has to match the bios set up on the laptop which this one does - but as I've mentioned, it has a MUCH cooler operating temperature. The adaptor arrived within the predicted time period and was excellently priced. So far, very pleased.
